Our sharp, timely presentation was well received by visitors to the stand who embrace the current trend of channel shifting via the telephone from real to virtual agents, as well as a drive towards web based contact. Our innovative web and email Self Service programme also received marked interest and was considered a highly relevant tool to achieving additional cost and efficiency savings. Although the conference focused on Revenues and Benefits, our presentation was also welcomed by Customer Service Managers who are looking for corporate support tools covering all customer contact areas, including Environmental services, Planning, Parking, Housing Repairs, Registrars and School Admissions. We had equal success at the Scottish IRRV conference in Crieff, where delegates were interested to hear about the benefits Self Service is providing to Edinburgh City Council after their recent extension. East Lothian Council and Fife Council will also be launched soon. |
