Our fully managed off-site services are the perfect cost-effective solution if:

  • You don’t have your own IVR capability
  • You have IVR capability but do not currently want to invest in the personnel required to design, record, set up and manage the service in-house.
  • You simply want to trial Self Service to gain accurate management data to establish what you want to do and what facilities you will need to put in place.

Our complete package includes all telephone lines, computer hardware and software, top-level secure links, script design, recording, full account management and advice, updating/changes to the script and access to full management data. This can be set up bespoke to your requirements in less than six weeks.  

Due to our vast amount of experience in creating bespoke scripts or referring to our huge library of script designed with and for a wide range of practitioners, we require only minimum input from you to create your initial service.  

We also require very little input from your IT department - just a little telephony involvement to establish contact hunt groups to enable us to transfer calls to you (if these are not already in place).
