Our sophisticated housing repair scripts are designed to deal with the full spectrum of repair requests from reporting a repair for the first time, chasing progress on a previously reported repair, and reporting emergency repairs. The scripts encompass all main service requests, as well as providing care and upkeep advice and informing the customer of their maintenance responsibilities as well as the Council’s. Repair requests are prioritised, with emergency reports transferring to operators rapidly. We also offer emergency out of hour’s advice to callers. Our Choice Based Lettings services allow customers to listen to information on available properties, updated on a weekly basis. Customers can filter the information they hear based on their requirements, for example the number of bedrooms required. They can then bid on a property using the automated service, with limitations in place on the number of bids possible per week. Further to this, we provide advice for people who find themselves homeless on the best course action and contacts for emergency accommodation.
